Amazing is all I can say. Check out Harrison Krix's work. He's a graphic designer by day and design props in his off-time. If you look his website you'll see some of his earlier creations such as TF2: Force-a-Nature, Light Staff (Final Fantasy XI), Daft Punk helmet and Mass Effect M8 Avenger Assault Rifle.
His biggest claim to fame (or at least how I found out about him ) is his Big Daddy he built in '09 and was used in the Aquarium photo shoot.
